Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office management. The successful candidate will handle company correspondence, documentation, and filing systems while maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Role

The Admin Officer will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing office facilities, supplies, and service management.
  • Preparing and processing invoices for vendors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Managing vendor relations, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company records and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with external authorities (customs, banks, government offices). They should also have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of invoicing and basic finance handling.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Relevant Field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, invoicing, office management, or clearance-related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
