This is an exciting opportunity to join Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited as a Territory Sales Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales in assigned territories and developing business relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves managing distribution, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include distributing products efficiently to dealers and customers within assigned territories, maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets while adhering to company standards.

Requirements

To be successful as a Territory Sales Officer, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the Building Materials industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
