Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, with a focus on hiring engineers. They will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for permanent and contract roles.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with engineering managers and stakeholders. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for technical roles
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with engineering managers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires
Requirements:
  • Qualification: MS/MBA (HRM), MHRM or masters degree in HR from reputable institutions
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus on hiring engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
