Employee Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee satisfaction surveys and develop data-driven strategies to improve motivation and engagement.

  • Develop and manage onboarding programs, including training and professional development frameworks.

  • Collaborate with department leads to create growth pathways and succession plans for employees.

  • Oversee the employee evaluation process, using performance metrics to inform decisions.

  • Train managers in goal-setting, continuous feedback, and appraisal delivery.

  • Analyze performance trends to align talent output with business objectives.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business (Master's preferred).

  • 4+ years of HR or People Operations experience in IT, software, or marketing industries.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint).

  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

  • A people-first mindset with a focus on measurable results.
