
Territory Growth Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to increase market share and meet sales benchmarks for assigned products in the allocated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet annual and quarterly sales targets for assigned products in the designated area.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, to promote product sales and expand market presence.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and competitor activity to effectively promote products and stay ahead in the market.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales growth.
- Implement promotional activities, including product demonstrations and presentations, to generate interest and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree, preferably in a medical or science-related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Initiative and drive to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven performance.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
