About the Job
  • Bid daily on relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Write tailored proposals for different client requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with international clients.
  • Independently manage leads and close deals.
  • Ensure targets are met with quality clients.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of solid experience specifically in Upwork bidding.
  • Proven track record of independently closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and client needs.
  • Comfortable with night shift and working on-site.
