Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, a subsidiary of our group, is a story of success. With consistent achievements, the company has been recognized for corporate excellence and performance.
The AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, prioritizing quality improvement systems to ensure high standards.
Your Role
You will work closely with the General Manager Commercial to identify gaps, conduct research, develop business plans, and expand the dealer network in line with company policies.
This includes appointing new dealers and ensuring they operate at optimal standards to achieve business targets. You will also support the commercial team in field testing, data compilation, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop criteria for dealer identification, selection, and appointment.
- Conduct market research to determine the optimal number and location of dealerships.
- Prepare and manage Dealer Proposal Packages, including LOUs, LOIs, and agreements.
- Ensure nationwide coverage for both sales and after-sales services.
Candidate Requirements
- Agricultural Engineer with an MBA or similar degree from a recognized institution.
- In-depth understanding of the automotive and agricultural machinery sectors in Pakistan.
- Over 10 years of experience in the tractor industry, specifically in marketing and after-sales service.
- Experience with 3S and 2S dealership development and management.
- Strong background in agricultural practices, farm mechanization, and dealership network standards.
Job Skills
- Solid knowledge of the Pakistani automotive industry.
- Strong expertise in third-party dealership network development.
- Effective project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement CI/VI guidelines across facilities.
