Job Title: IT Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT equipment, software, and services.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of IT products and vendors, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage relationships with suppliers.

  • Sourcing and evaluating IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with IT suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide procurement support.
  • Monitoring and tracking IT procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide procurement support.
  • Monitor and track IT procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and contracts related to IT procurement.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in IT procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates may apply specifically from Supply Chain Majors with a passion to learn and grow.
  • Excellent fluency in English—both spoken and written.
  • A high level of trustworthiness and integrity is essential, as the position involves handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/tools.
