Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage customer complaints.

We are seeking a skilled professional to register new cases in our task management system, gather requirements from clients, and coordinate with internal departments for standard procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in clients, addressing their grievances, and providing possible resolutions.

This role requires proficiency in MS Office and strong coordination and communication skills to serve as the focal person from the team to stay in touch with customers and negotiate with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register all new cases in the task management system
  • Follow up and correspond with clients via calls and messages
  • Gather requirements from clients and coordinate with internal departments
  • Conduct negotiation and confrontation calls with clients
  • Attend walk-in clients and address their grievances
  • Provide possible resolutions and serve as the focal person from the team
  • Draft basic policy-related letters and be responsible for scanning and dispatching them
  • Handle retrievals by sending PDF files of email trails to be uploaded on DMS (in sequence) as part of complaint cases
