We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Complaints Services Officer.

This role involves handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Register all new cases in the task management system received through different mediums.">
  • Follow up and correspond with clients via call and messages, gather requirements from them, and coordinate with internal departments for standard procedures.">
  • Conduct negotiation and confrontation calls with clients.">
  • Attend walk-in clients and address their grievances, providing possible resolutions.">
  • Serve as the focal person from the team to stay in touch with customers and negotiate with them both via calls and in person.">
  • Draft basic policy-related letters and be responsible for scanning and dispatching them.">
  • Handle retrievals by sending all PDF files of email trails to be uploaded on DMS (in sequence) as part of complaint cases to the dispatch unit.">
