Drive growth in the industrial automation business unit by leading a team of experts. The successful candidate will have a solid background in channel sales, specifically with Industrial Automation PLC's and Drives, and channels management. They will be able to foster strong relationships with partners and key end-users within the Schneider Electric Industry Business Portfolio.

Main duties involve:

  • Fostering a culture of business and sales leadership within the team.
  • Developing strategies to expand Channel Partner business in Automation, Drives, and SCADA systems.
  • Providing accurate forecasts and managing financial performance of the Business Unit.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the opportunity portfolio and identifying new opportunities.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to help country Channel Partners enter new markets.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering).
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation.
  • Prior knowledge of Schneider Electric Automation products is advantageous.
  • Field experience or process control expertise can be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective time management and organizational abilities.
