Job Title: Human Capital Leader

This role is centered around overseeing the employee lifecycle, encompassing day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. Key responsibilities include activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, employee data management, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues.

The goal of this position is to enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HC strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Implement succession planning and career development programs.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Education Requirement:

  • Masters / BSc(Honours) degree in Management or any similar discipline.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum work experience of 8 years in HC function of a large-scale entity.
