Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance Management: Liaise with centres to address financial matters, monitor and track centre receivables, outstanding fees, and collectables for timely payments. Prepare detailed reports on the financial status of each centre.
  • Operational Efficiency Checks: Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to assess operational performance, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Analysis and Audit: Conduct regular audits to evaluate performance against key metrics, analyze findings, and prepare actionable reports with recommendations for improvement. Track implementation of recommendations.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in opening new centres by coordinating between potential franchisees and the Support Office, facilitating site evaluations, documentation, and initial setup processes.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate reports on centre performance, receivables status, and audit findings using advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Maintain clear communication with centre heads and franchise partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree, strong analytical skills, exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a proven track record in business coordination and audit.

This role is critical in ensuring the financial health, operational excellence, and business growth of all centres. The Business Development Executive must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and high levels of professionalism and integrity.
