**Sales Professional Wanted**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our truck dispatching team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the logistics industry, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients in the trucking and logistics industry to promote our dispatch services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  3. Present and promote our truck dispatching services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing CRM software to track progress.
  5. Collaborate with the dispatching team to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our services effectively and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement and successes achieved.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
