We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company incorporations, registrations, and statutory filings. This includes incorporating companies in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and registering associations of persons (AOP) with the Registrar of Firms.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for filing annual statutory forms, event-based forms, and audited and unaudited financial statements. They will also handle show cause notices, proceedings, and winding up of companies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Company Incorporation and Registration: Ensure timely and accurate incorporation and registration of companies with the SECP and other relevant authorities.
  • Statutory Filings: Prepare and file all required statutory forms, including annual returns, event-based forms, and financial statements.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure that all necessary documents are filed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Liaise with government authorities, such as the BOI and MOI, to resolve objections and ensure smooth operations.
