Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Leader to lead and grow a team of talented engineers.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through coaching, performance reviews, and career development plans
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Owning the delivery, quality, and performance of projects across the engineering team
  • Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, deployment pipelines, and observability
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help set a long-term technical direction
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Manage technical debt and prioritize engineering initiatives alongside product features
  • Recruit top engineering talent and contribute to building a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead with 3+ years managing teams
  • 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Strong background in relevant technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, AWS, React)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to successful delivery in fast-paced environments
  • Possion for building scalable, high-quality systems

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in industry-specific areas (e.g., FinTech, IoT, SaaS)
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies
  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
