HR Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and reporting of HR policies and programs.

Job Summary
  • This is a senior role that requires a high level of expertise in HR management, with a strong focus on developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage internal audits and other compliance matters independently.
  • Oversee event management and coordinate logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Full command over MS Office applications.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Certificates or training in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • MBA degree required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
