Job Title: CRM Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving complaints, and coordinating sales efforts.

About the Role:
  • The CRM Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for clients, receiving and logging complaints, and assigning tasks to engineers for timely resolution.
  • They will also follow up on visits, collect client feedback on engineer performance, and assist with sales targets for Companion Products.
  • In addition, the CRM Coordinator will efficiently handle credit sales, generate invoices, and ensure prompt delivery.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Electronics or a related field is required, along with at least one year of experience in a similar capacity or technical coordination role.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Receive and log client complaints; assign to engineers for timely resolution.
  • Sales Support: Achieve sales targets for Companion Products; efficiently handle credit sales and follow up on payment.
  • Coordination: Assist clients, generate IRFs, coordinate invoicing, and ensure prompt delivery.
