We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests and visitors. They will also maintain a neat and organized front desk area, process guest requests, and provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and senior management.
- Proficiency in using front desk software and office equipment.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.

Experience:
- Minimum: 2-3 years
- Preferred: Prior experience in guest relations/front desk operations or administrative roles is preferred
