Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests and visitors. They will also maintain a neat and organized front desk area, process guest requests, and provide comprehensive administrative support.

  • Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
