Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management, including experience in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and motivation, performance appraisal, and training and development.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of employees, from recruitment to offboarding, and ensuring that all HR processes are aligned with our company's values and goals.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, as well as monitoring and reporting on HR metrics.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practices, and to implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance.

Job Specification

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive;
  • People-oriented and results-driven approach;
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
