Human Resource Manager Assistant
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Manager Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the human resources department, including payroll, employee data management, and recruitment.
Responsibilities:- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
- Process payroll and provide related information to employees
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and conduct orientation for new employees
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and protect operations by keeping HR information secure
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully
