Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager.

Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and organizing our recruitment and selection procedures, as well as administering compensation and benefits programs. Your role will also involve developing and implementing performance management systems, training and professional development programs, and safety protocols. Additionally, you will analyze data and reports to identify causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement. You will also maintain records and compile reports on personnel-related data, including hires, transfers, performance appraisals, turnover, and absenteeism rates. Furthermore, you will perform difficult staffing duties, such as dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary actions. You will plan and conduct new employee orientation sessions to foster a positive attitude towards work and organizational objectives. You will also plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate employee training and development, maintain quarterly training plans, perform training needs analysis, train and assist with the preparation of training materials. Finally, you will maintain and update job descriptions of employees and organizational charts. Key skills and qualifications include an MBA (HRM) along with 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a factory-oriented manufacturing concern. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
