We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Support Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email communication, live chat, and appointment fixing with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Handle voice and non-voice operations for UK customers with a strong focus on resolving their queries efficiently.
  • Develop a hunger to succeed by consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Confidently engage with senior decision makers to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Articulate written scripts in a way that resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain a goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Make over 100 calls per day to key decision makers to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a call center environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Be extremely enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong team player skills with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a CAN DO attitude to tackle challenging situations.
  • Provide evidence of working in a sales environment with a strong understanding of sales principles.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a flexible and committed approach.
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
