Key Performance Indicators

The Account Manager will be measured on the following key performance indicators:

  • Revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Account health metrics and retention performance
  • Upsell/cross-sell opportunities identified and pursued
  • Proactive client engagement and collaboration with internal teams

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting
  • Must have experience of working in a technology or tech consulting organization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of retail industry in Pakistan will be a strong plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with delivery teams and balancing internal coordination with external communication
  • A candidate who is naturally relationship-oriented, but with the discipline to follow through on commercial goals, reporting, and forecasting
