
Enterprise Sales Executive

The Account Manager will be measured on the following key performance indicators:
- Revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Account health metrics and retention performance
- Upsell/cross-sell opportunities identified and pursued
- Proactive client engagement and collaboration with internal teams
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting
- Must have experience of working in a technology or tech consulting organization
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a strong plus
- Strong understanding of retail industry in Pakistan will be a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working with delivery teams and balancing internal coordination with external communication
- A candidate who is naturally relationship-oriented, but with the discipline to follow through on commercial goals, reporting, and forecasting
