- Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Tech Requirements: Proficiency in customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred), as well as Excel or Google Sheets.
