Job DescriptionA high-performing Business Development Manager is required to lead and scale our outbound sales efforts in the IT services, software development, and managed services sectors. This role will support business growth across key markets.
About the RoleWe seek an experienced BDM to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry dynamics and be able to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Own and achieve sales revenue targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities through outbound channels.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline via CRM, ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance, align messaging, and service positioning.
- Report on key metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in IT services, SaaS, or outsourcing.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
