Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join our After-Sales team at Hyundai South. As a key representative, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient handling of inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can build long-term relationships with our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Dealership CRO or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
