Pharmacy Service Lead

As a highly skilled pharmacy professional, you will be responsible for leading frontline teams and providing coaching and training to staff.
Job Description- Manage the interpretation of physician orders, compounding, dispensing, patient education, and inventory management.
- Lead clinical research activities and publications.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Precept and coordinate the training of pharmacy students.
- Maintain basic job functions.
- Foster collegial relationships within and outside the department.
- Manage acute shortages.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharm D or Master's degree in Pharmacy preferred.
- Minimum four to six years' experience in tertiary care hospital pharmacy with two years at supervisory level.
- Ability to interpret prescriptions, formularies, and pharmacological actions.
- Demonstrate supervisory skills.
- Experience in continued career development.
- Working knowledge of hospital pharmacy services and various drug distribution systems.
- Teaching experience with pharmacy apprentices preferred.
