Chief Pharmacy Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a pharmacy, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service delivery. This involves managing medication management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, and providing clinical guidance to pharmacy staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational acumen, and technology savvy, with strong emphasis on communication, negotiation, change management, and mentoring skills.

The role will also involve implementing and monitoring quality assurance initiatives for medication management processes, identifying and addressing medication-related issues, and implementing solutions for improved patient outcomes.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- PharmD or Bachelor in Pharmacy degree
- registered with pharmacy council Pakistan
- minimum of 6-8 years of progressive professional and supervisory experience in a medium to large hospital
- written and verbal communication skills
- ability to conceive 'out of the box' solutions for medication management related issues
