Job Title: Senior Human Resources Director

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, fostering a positive work culture and promoting diversity and inclusion.

  • Oversee talent management, recruitment, onboarding, staff development, retention, and succession planning to ensure the right people are in place to drive business success.

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support employees in achieving their full potential.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture, addressing grievances, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Design competitive compensation structures and manage payroll in compliance with legal standards, ensuring fairness and equity in remuneration practices.

  • Assess training needs and lead professional development initiatives to upskill and reskill employees, enhancing their abilities and contributions to the organization.

  • Leverage HR data to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree is required; a Master's in HR is preferred.

  • 6-8 years of HR experience, ideally in digital financial services, financial institutions, or software houses.
