**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced **Inside Sales Manager** to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion in the APAC region.
  2. Cross-Border Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with high-value cross-border businesses in Pakistan to promote Payoneer's solutions.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, converting them into sales with speed and efficiency.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales within fintech or e-commerce organizations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing established business goals.
  • Experience leading negotiations with owners and key stakeholders in sales organizations.
  • Native proficiency in Urdu and English.
