Job Title: Senior Marketing Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Senior Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts. If you are passionate about developing innovative marketing strategies and driving business growth, we would like you to consider this opportunity.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The primary goal is to drive our brand's influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Oversee the creation of marketing content across various channels, including digital, email, and social media.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and collaborate with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities.
  4. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  5. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Skillset:

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and Social Media campaigns.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
