Operational Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and support the live daily operations of our logistics business. This is a fast-paced and challenging environment where you will be responsible for staff schedule planning, live tracking, compliance enforcement, stock oversight, and reporting.

About the Job

  • Develop and implement efficient staff scheduling systems to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor driver behavior and punctuality to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage accounts, invoicing, and fleet data updates to ensure accurate records.
  • Maintain stock/inventory accuracy and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Generate performance and compliance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and communicate effectively with the team and drivers.
  • Utilize software applications such as Google Docs, MS Office, and cloud-based systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administration roles.
  • Fluent English communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Reliable, honest, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • A 'can-do' approach with a willingness to take initiative and resolve issues promptly.

Working Environment

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will work closely with the UK team and drivers to achieve business objectives.
