About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Client Relationship Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with high energy and exceptional call handling skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending calls, converting prospects into clients, making proposals, contracts, and handling all documentation for the Sales and Support Department.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will head a sales team, ensure performance evaluation of employees, develop new innovative ideas to expand the business, and identify new opportunities within the division.

You will also manage problem clients, take calls on Skype if necessary, and take personal interest in the well-being of all high-profile clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include achieving monthly and quarterly targets, and being prepared to take on any additional tasks within this capacity.
