Job Description

We are seeking a professional to receive walk-in customers and handle service inquiries and problems in our Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending customers' telephone calls, booking their complaints, and collecting all relevant information of the customer, unit, and job request.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Job Cards and provide repair time and cost estimate to customers at the time of receiving the unit or booking field complaint.
  2. Maintain follow-up and coordinate with workshop and field supervisor to maintain updated information on repair status.
  3. Inform customer in case of change in repair time, cost or extent of agreed work.
  4. Coordinate with workshop supervisors for delivery of unit to customer after repair.
  5. Complete the job card in all respects after repair and forward to Accountant for invoicing.
  6. Prepare and maintain necessary documents and reports.
Job Specification

To ensure accurate and timely data entry in CSD software and submission to Head Office on daily basis.

Minimize Repair Turn around Time through efficient customer handling, parts arrangement, and data entry on daily basis and follow-up with ASC for in-time job completion.

Complaint Record Management: Keep complaint record of complaints document, retain record up to defined period, and ensure 100% conformance related to complaints document.

Location: Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing - Lahore, Pakistan

Requirements

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in an electrical/electronic manufacturing environment.

A degree in a relevant field, such as electronics or mechanical engineering, is desirable but not essential.
