
Sales Business Development Manager

The role of Territory Manager is a crucial position within our Ice Cream Sales team. The primary objective of this position is to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring smooth sales procedures and driving business growth.
This involves coordinating with multiple teams, executing sales strategies, and managing concessionaires' sales staff to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining market feedback, sharing it with stakeholders, and implementing agreed joint business plans and concessionaire business plans.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer relationship management skills, selling essentials, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. Strong leadership skills, particularly in areas like consumer and customer love, passion for winning, purposeful impact, agility, personal mastery, and talent catalyst, are also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Snacking industry
As a Territory Manager, you will require:
- Drive business growth through effective sales operations and trade activities execution
- Develop strong relationships with customers and concessionaires
- Ensure customer service practices and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with concessionaires' operational plans through effective sales strategy execution
- Negotiate with customers and concessionaires for joint business planning
- Implement agreed joint business plans and concessionaire business plans
- Manage concessionaires' sales staff to achieve KPIs
