Administrative Coordinator

The HR Operations Officer plays a critical role in supporting the HR team and business units in their daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate recording and reporting of related data.
- Collaboration with the Finance and payroll teams to support payroll processing and payment transactions.
Key Job Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Digitization of HR operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring HR compliance, assessing risk, and meeting audit requirements.
- Executing transfer, relocation, and promotion cases in accordance with agreed protocols.
- Optimizing HR operations swimlanes to streamline workflow.
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks.
- Providing operational support for new joiners and existing employees.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience
We require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
