Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill our Sales Representative's schedules by scheduling appointments.

The primary objective is to book virtual appointments for the Sales Representative to meet with clients on Zoom, utilizing provided leads and scripts.

This role requires effective communication skills to engage with Life Insurance clients, understand their needs, and schedule suitable appointments.

The ideal candidate will be able to make 15-20+ dials every hour, target 12-15+ appointments booked weekly, and maintain a high level of punctuality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make calls to book appointments on provided leads
  • Utilize company apps to document conversations with clients and keep records
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on progress, maintaining timely submissions
  • Ensure consistent communication with the representative and team during working hours
  • Meet or exceed weekly appointment targets and demonstrate adaptability in meeting client needs

A reliable internet connection, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. The chosen candidate must also complete a comprehensive training program and pass a three-step recruitment process.
