Appointment Booking Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and competitive Appointment Booking Representative to fill up Sales Representatives' schedules by scheduling appointments. The primary goal is to book as many virtual appointments as possible for the Sales Representatives to meet with clients on Zoom.

The Appointment Booking Representative will have access to all leads to dial, eliminating the need for prospecting or cold calls. The role involves calling clients, having conversations with them (scripts and training provided), and booking an appointment based on a suitable time for both the client and the Sales Representative.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments on provided leads
  • Maintain detailed comments on leads using our App to keep a record of conversations with clients
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on progress (on time)
  • Maintain consistent communication with the representative and team during working hours
  • Achieve 12-15+ appointments booked weekly, with a minimum of 8-10+ attendees
  • Make 15-20+ dials every hour
  • Complete our 5-day accelerator training program (not paid)
  • Participate in our 3-step recruiting process (phone call interview, Zoom live role-play & accelerator training)
