  5. Tracking and Monitoring: Utilize tracking software to monitor shipment progress, providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
  6. Reporting: Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation operations, such as on-time deliveries and cost metrics.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service representatives, to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Route Planning: Plan and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  9. Order Scheduling: Schedule and assign shipments to available drivers and vehicles, considering delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
  10. Communication: Maintain regular communication with drivers, providing necessary information and updates regarding their routes and deliveries.
