This position requires a skilled marketing professional to lead paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok. Your goal will be to drive business outcomes, increase revenue, and enhance the overall performance of our clients' digital marketing strategies.
- Paid Media Management:
- Promote products or services through targeted advertising efforts on various online platforms
- Craft compelling ad copy and visual content that resonates with target audiences
- Analyze campaign performance data and make adjustments as needed to optimize ROI
- Performance Analysis:
- Dig into data from analytics tools to uncover insights and trends
- Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and potential opportunities
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute marketing strategies that align with client objectives
- Evaluate campaign results and adjust tactics accordingly
- Client Reporting:
- Deliver regular performance reports to clients, showcasing progress and offering actionable recommendations
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
- Apply this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, such as cost per click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure
