Lead Our Real Estate Division's Growth
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at National Tent House(Real-Estate Business Division). As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue expansion in our Real Estate Division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in the Real Estate Division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including real estate developers and property managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs through market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create client-focused proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts that meet our revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and well-established network.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large deals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
