As a Client Service Manager for Outdoor Advertising, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites in Karachi. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the overall direction and coordination of staff and departments are in line with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities
  1. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to meet service requirements and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  3. Identify opportunities to enhance product solutions, increase utilization, and optimize channel usage based on customer needs.
  4. Maintain high standards of quality and ensure that services meet client expectations.
  5. Regularly review service performance with internal departments and clients, generating ideas to continuously improve service level standards.
  6. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning work assignments, directing team members, appraising performance, rewarding excellence, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  7. Ensure accurate billing information is provided to clients in a timely manner, facilitating smooth payment processes.
  8. Hold departmental staff accountable for quality and productivity, taking necessary disciplinary actions when required.
  9. Foster improved relationships with government agencies through effective communication.
  10. Communicate company goals and expectations to site staff, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and strive to meet those goals.
  11. Track and report productivity metrics for weekly and monthly assessments.
  12. Maintain regular communication with staff and management regarding issues and implement prompt resolutions.
  13. Schedule routine visits to client sites to assess quality and maintenance standards.
  14. Promote high levels of internal and external customer service within the department.
  15. Assist in new business start-up processes as needed.
Job Specification

  2. A strong customer focus, proactivity, and service orientation are essential.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines and handle workload effectively.
  5. Flexible working hours may be required, including late shifts.
  6. Frequent travel may be necessary to fulfill job duties.
  7. Developing team members professionally is a key aspect of this role.
  8. Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
  9. Proficiency in computer systems is essential.
