Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that engage our target audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and upload content and videos on various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Develop and execute organic reach strategies across multiple social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of data provided on a daily basis.
  • Conduct daily research on new trends and share insights with the content creation team.
  • Utilize hashtags and trending keywords to create maximum reach and interactions on Reels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Able to analyze and report on social media metrics.
  • Experience in graphic design and content creation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
