Lead Credit Controller

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Control Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships and ensuring timely payments.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing outstanding invoices across multiple client accounts;
- Handling customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account disputes;
- Liaising with clients to provide regular updates on balances and collections;
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies;
- Reconciling customer accounts and issuing updated statements as needed;
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups;
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in credit control or AR query management, preferably in a B2B environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
