Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT professional to provide technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.

This role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, as well as diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals, manage software installations, updates, and patches to ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including setting up new user accounts and decommissioning old ones.
  • Network Support: Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, work closely with the network team to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions, provide training to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to and resolving IT issues in a timely manner, communicate effectively with end-users to understand and address their needs.
