
North Region Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Business-to-Government (B2G) initiatives in the North region. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the ServiceCo landscape, encompassing GSM, Data, Fixed connectivity, M2M/IoT, and Quantica.
This role will focus on cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our vision of digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities:- Develops and executes a comprehensive regional sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth through government partnerships.
- Identifies and prioritizes public sector opportunities, including tenders, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of B2G opportunities, ensuring sustained business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or ICT field. An MBA with ICT knowledge is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a focus on the public sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of the public sector landscape in Pakistan, including government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
