Procurement Leader Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our end-to-end procurement operations. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and budgeting skills, with expertise in contract drafting, vendor development, and risk management.

A graduate degree in supply chain or a combination of engineering and an MBA is preferred. Certification as a Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is also highly valued.

  • Lead procure-to-pay processes, direct and indirect sourcing, and develop strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers with a focus on quality, scale, and cost optimization.
  • Manage vendor performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence planning, legal, finance, QA/QC, and plant teams.
