We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Procurement to lead our procurement function across direct, indirect, and services categories. This is a pivotal role in managing and optimizing procurement practices, ensuring strategic sourcing, cost efficiencies, and vendor partnerships that drive value for National Foods.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement operations including Procure-to-Pay, direct and indirect sourcing.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers with a focus on quality, scale, and cost optimization.

Lead the budgeting process for procurement categories; ensure adherence to budget and PDCA cycle.

Oversee contract management, LC processes, vendor registration, and legal coordination.

Optimize supplier payment terms and ensure timely disbursements.

Implement performance tracking mechanisms, aiming to deliver cost savings annually.

Manage vendor performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Leverage SAP S4 HANA for procurement operations and compliance with delegation of authority.

Collaborate cross-functionally to influence planning, legal, finance, QA/QC, and plant teams.

Embed ethical procurement practices and maintain transparency in supplier dealings.
