As an Implementation Strategist, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management, and support telematics solution implementation in customer fleets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work together to identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Develop Customer-Centric Solutions: Create solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Guide clients through the change management process during telematics solution implementation.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations.
  • Sales Collateral Development: Maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Customer-Focused: Build strong relationships with clients, particularly during technology implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
